How to order

Ordering Personalised Products

Please e mail us quoting the code of the artwork you require i.e. Billy, plus the full personalised details.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the total price, including P&P and details of our payment requirements.
We do ask for full payment before we can dispatch any items.

Postage and Packing

All orders will be sent to you first class, recorded delivery.
• UK - £7.00
• USA - £15.50
• Europe - £10.50

Special Delivery:
• UK - £9.00

Please e-mail for postage costs on the larger artworks. Large pieces can be picked up from London SW12 area if preferred.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. However as all pieces are hand assembled allow up to 21 days for delivery. Do let us know if you need it sooner, we understand sometimes gifts are needed at the last minute and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Variation

Each Dimple design is hand assembled with care and precision,the components are sourced worldwide to give you something truly unique. Contents may occasionally vary, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.

We are happy to personalise any Dimple design to fit your particular
requirements. Prices may vary slightly, depending on the amount of detail
required. We do recommend you check the price with us before placing your
final order.

Returns

Unfortunately we cannot refund returned personalised goods, unless they are faulty. For non personalised artworks which are faulty or different from those you ordered please return within 7 days and we will refund or replace the product. We recommend you request a postal receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for lost goods.
