Your very own personalised design is just a few clicks away. Here are some frequently asked questions, which may help you with your purchase.

How do I place an order?


Each design has it's own ordering page so please fill in all the details for the design i.e name, date etc and click add to basket.




How do you print the designs?


Our artworks are laser printed on premium quality art board with high calibre photographic inks. Each design is hand assembled and finished to the highest standard. We quality check all our work before dispatching.




Will I get exactly what is shown in the photograph?


All of our handmade products are bespoke, so each is an original. They will have their own unique combination of elements, so contents may vary slightly from time to time. If there is something you particularly wish us to include do drop us an email.




I like it but can I change the colour?


Our designs are available in any colour your require, so if you can’t see a specific colour you like, please just ask.




Can we see the design before hand?


We can send our you a proof / mock up of the design, this is a digital representation of the finished artwork to check spellings and dates are correct. If you would like one please request it when ordering.




Do you accept commissions?


We love a challenge and are happy to work with you to create a bespoke gift. Over the years we have worked on some amazing projects, so drop us a line to discuss your ideas.




Tell about the frame, does it have glass?


The frames have glass and are high quality, made for us in the UK by a specialist framer we have used for many years. They have a hook on the back. The oversized designs (larger than 30 x 30cm) can come with perspex if we feel transportation will be an issue, but we will discuss this with you first.




How do I pay?


Payment is taken directly online through paypal. If you would rather not pay online please email us your order details and we will be in touch with alternative payment options. The customer must provide payment for the goods prior to dispatch. Sorry we cannot send any items out before we have received full payment.




How much is postage and packing?


We offer FREE postage and packaging on all items within the United Kingdom. Bespoke items may incur additional charges, depending on their weight and size. This will be communicated to you when we discuss your requirements.




How do you package your items?


We love adding personal touches to ensure your gift looks amazing! Each framed product comes as standard in a plain white box. Unframed prints come rolled in a cardboard tube.




Can you deliver abroad?


Yes - Our pictures are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. The cost will depend on the country to which they are being shipped as well as the size of the package. N.B If you live in a non-EU country you may be liable for customs and excise duty on your purchases.




How long does it take?


We try our very best to dispatch your item as soon as possible. At our busy times of the year it can take a little longer, we always email to keep you informed. As many of our products are hand assembled please allow 7-10 days for delivery. We will send you an email when your picture has been dispatched to let you know your purchase is on its way.




How can I get it super fast?


We understand how an important date can creep up on you. It’s not always easy to plan ahead. We offer an Express Service which speeds the process up. This means we can get the item to you within a couple of days or sooner if needs be. Let us know by email or phone your chosen design, delivery address and crucial timings and we will get back to you promptly to discuss the best options to get it there on time.




Can I return an item?


We hope you will be really pleased with your Sweet Dimple order. Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised goods, unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake, please call or email us; so we can sort it out for you with no delay. For non-personalised items, which are faulty please return within 7 days and we will refund your postage and replace the product. We recommend for any returns to us that you request a postal receipt, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost goods. Non-personalised products that you wish to return or exchange can be refunded within 14 days of placing the order. Goods must be returned as new. Please email us at: info@sweetdimple.co.uk for return delivery details. These items will need to be returned at your own expense. Unfortunately postage costs can only be refunded if an item is considered to be faulty. We will contact you as soon as we have received the package. In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged in the mail, ensure you keep the item and all the packaging and email us for replacement instructions.




Who owns the Copyright?


It’s ours – the copyright on the designs on the website are held by Sweet Dimple.




Tell me about Liability?


Nothing in this agreement affects the statutory rights of a consumer. Subject there to all representations, warranties, guarantees and conditions express or implied, statutory or otherwise are expressly excluded and Sweet Dimple does not accept liability for loss, damage, or injury howsoever arising. Sweet Dimple’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Sweet Dimple to the customer.

We respect your privacy and won’t share your details with any third parties. We don’t share your info with anyone else. We don’t sell it, loan it or barter with it. We keep it safe and secure and respect your love of privacy. We hate spam too!
